The periods below describe Wanshing equipment and warranty coverage for the listed equipment types. Coverage is not represented as an OEM or manufacturer warranty unless expressly confirmed in writing.
New Forklifts
All new forklifts include a 2-year equipment warranty. A battery-powered new forklift also includes a 2-year propulsion-battery warranty. The battery warranty does not apply to LPG or diesel units that do not use a propulsion battery.
F4 and F4-201 Electric Pallet Jacks
F4 and F4-201 electric pallet jacks include a 1-year equipment warranty and a 1-year battery warranty.
Other Electric Pallet Jacks
All other electric pallet jacks include a 90-day equipment warranty and a 1-year battery warranty.
Electric Stackers
Electric stackers include a 90-day equipment warranty and a 1-year battery warranty.
Used Forklifts
A used forklift includes a 1-month powertrain warranty. This is not a full-machine warranty. Used or pre-owned equipment from third-party brands is not represented as carrying an OEM or manufacturer warranty unless expressly stated in writing.
Warranty Eligibility and Limits
Warranty eligibility is subject to normal intended use, proper operation, appropriate maintenance and no unauthorized modifications. Coverage does not automatically include all labour, freight, wear items or free on-site service. The applicable written quote, invoice or warranty confirmation should be reviewed for the specific remedy and service arrangements.
Report a suspected covered issue promptly and stop using equipment when continued operation could create a safety risk or further damage.
